Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

Returns
Return Policy
We want you to love your Velvet Ivy pieces. If something isn't right, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Not marked as final sale
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at velvetivyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
